Two groups of officials are responsible for SAVAC. The Board of Directors are an elected body and are charged with the financial and business side of SAVAC. They also work closely with the Student Association. The Operations Officers are appointed, and are charged with the day to day operations of the ambulance. The Operations Officers also make sure that the corps is adhering to all federal, state, and local regulations.

| Administative Captain | 08 | Gregory Wilkins | Assures that all NYS and CNYEMS paperwork is filled. Liason between SAVAC and other agencies, as well as Oswego County. |
